B-OK locksmiths have been my favorite since my first transaction 3 years ago. Joe and his crew are all so very friendly and they are excellent at what they do! And even though they are in the midst of a move, Joe helped me out with a key fix! Thank you so much!

Had a great experience with B-OK Locksmith. I stopped by their Palm Desert location and saw they were in the process of moving locations so I called the number on the sign to see about getting a few keys made. Joe answered and happened to be working nearby. He told me where to meet him and had my keys made in about five minutes. Joe was very friendly and you can tell he’s just a genuinely good guy who cares about his customers. He made the whole process quick and easy and went out of his way to help me out. Really appreciated the experience and I’ll definitely be coming back anytime I need a locksmith. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with B-OK Locksmith, thanks to their incredible customer service. I initially brought in my own car key blanks to be cut and programmed. The first visit was challenging, and due to a waiver I signed, I was responsible for the payment even though the keys unfortunately didn't work. I left the shop disappointed, but shortly after arriving home, I received a call from Joe. He told me they wanted to take care of me and make things right. When I returned to the store, they used a brand-new set of keys from their own inventory, cut and programmed them perfectly, and had me out the door in less than 10 minutes! Their willingness to go above and beyond to fix a problem is exactly why I will continue to return to B-OK Locksmith for all of my key and lock needs. Highly recommended!

FANTASTIC experience! I didn't have either key for my old 2014 GMC Terrain, and they came in less than an hour and had new keys for me quickly. I called around to other places, and this was the most professional, and affordable. Very clean and modern work-van, great friendly service. Thank you!

We moved to Palm Desert late in September and needed to cut some new housekeys as we need them for family in case of emergencies since we are seniors. Who doesn't love giving business to a small local establishment? We read about B-OK and decided since we live in Sun City they would be a close location. The place was hopping when I got there today. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. I needed copies of keys plus tags for each of my 8 keys. There is so much to choose from. The price is reasonable and every one of my 8 keys works great! The young man helping me reminded me to keep the original master key in a special place and use this one if copies are needed. His explanations were very helpful. The place is clean and the staff are great brand representatives. We willbe forever fans!

Did some laundry night before my trip and my car key became a washing machine victim. Morning of my trip my vehicles anti theft immobilizer was in full effect and my trip possibly ruined. Called B'Ok and they sent a tech out pretty darn quick. It was about $395 including tax for them to cut me a new car key with remote, program it, and get my car back in business. Will definitely use again in the future, but at same time I hope I never have to call them again haha.

Just want to shout out to B-ok locksmith team (Lexi Liz Joe) they did an awesome job with reprogramming my key fob for my car.. it was quick, done correctly, with transparent pricing.. I was worried about letting just anyone rekey my car, but the B-ok team was knowledgeable and had awesome customer service skills.. I would definitely recommend 👌
