We moved to Palm Desert late in September and needed to cut some new housekeys as we need them for family in case of emergencies since we are seniors.
Who doesn't love giving business to a small local establishment?
We read about B-OK and decided since we live in Sun City they would be a close location.
The place was hopping when I got there today. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful.
I needed copies of keys plus tags for each of my 8 keys. There is so much to choose from.
The price is reasonable and every one of my 8 keys works great!
The young man helping me reminded me to keep the original master key in a special place and use this one if copies are needed. His explanations were very helpful.
The place is clean and the staff are great brand representatives. We willbe forever fans!

Did some laundry night before my trip and my car key became a washing machine victim. Morning of my trip my vehicles anti theft immobilizer was in full effect and my trip possibly ruined. Called B'Ok and they sent a tech out pretty darn quick. It was about $395 including tax for them to cut me a new car key with remote, program it, and get my car back in business. Will definitely use again in the future, but at same time I hope I never have to call them again haha.

Just want to shout out to B-ok locksmith team (Lexi Liz Joe) they did an awesome job with reprogramming my key fob for my car.. it was quick, done correctly, with transparent pricing.. I was worried about letting just anyone rekey my car, but the B-ok team was knowledgeable and had awesome customer service skills.. I would definitely recommend 👌

Wow, did they save me today. I was at the palm Springs airport about to check in. I managed to lock my keys inside my vehicle with my suitcase and carry on inside the truck. They dispatched a tech while talking to me. They had Isaac out to me within 20 minutes. He had the truck open in 4 minutes. All of them were very professional and efficient. Definitely my go to locksmith.

Amazing service! Called them Friday 4:30pm with an issue of our front door not being able to close properly at our business. Workin 30 mins they sent a technician out to fix it. By 5:30pm he was done. Not sure if they always works this fast but it sure deserve a 5 STAR Review. Great communication and very professional. Highly recommend!!
